On the National Human Rights Strategy for Disabled People 2025-2030 - I also believed the action plan was being published in November but if it is being published in December we will all live with that - how exactly is it going to work? The Taoiseach said it is the unit within his Department that on some level oversees this to the Cabinet committee. How exactly does the Minister's Department fit in there and how exactly does that work, especially the oversight piece?
