Regarding social workers, there are two new initiatives around the tertiary degree programme starting in the ETB set-up and moving on as well as the earn and learn apprenticeship-style model, which seems to be really positive in terms of generating more moving into the field of social work. Tusla is recruiting abroad and this is garnering a dividend. Nine people have been recruited from abroad while a further four will begin in the next week or so or the short term. A further six people from abroad are being finalised, particularly in the area of special care, so that is 19. We are always mindful that more needs to be done in this sphere. A grade in special care has been introduced with a significant increase in remuneration in that grade as well.
