What was Mr. Doherty's relationship with the head of logistics who it has been reported was not only fairly significant, since the head of anything in a trust of that size is a significant employee, but was also a tenant of the service and had procured contracts for service delivery? What is Mr. Doherty's understanding of that situation? Was the employment and recruitment process similar for that position? How was that spoken about around the water cooler with other heads of departments?
