Aindrias Moynihan (Cork North-West, Fianna Fail)

I need to move to one other aspect of it. Where does the plastic go? Farmers load it in at the mart and they expect, having paid for it, that it is being recycled. Where is it going at present? Is it stockpiled in the different yards or where does it go?
