From our point of view, the build should go right to your premises. When you go onto the private land of a premises, or on to that road, we should put poles up. Obviously, we have to follow a hierarchy under the state aid rules as to value for money, speed of rollout, etc., but in the event of a private landowner wanting to change that design and go underground from an aesthetic point of view, they can make a contribution to it or they can put it in themselves but absolutely we should facilitate that.
