That is a good point and I might take that back.

I live in a very rural area - at the top of a mountain. Although NBI was doing its work, there were three or four of us up at a height who the dot did not come on for. I had to dig trenches to the nearest pole. This was a good few years ago but is that the same across the country? There are very isolated and hard to reach areas, so there are gaps out there. People have been facilitating their own work to get down to the road but are there any plans in place for those locations so that those gaps can be filled? To be honest, not everyone has the capacity to talk to somebody to see what ducting and fibre has to be put in, how the connection is going to be done and then physically get people to do it.
