I thank the witnesses for being here and offer my congratulations on a project well run. It is great to hear a bit more detail about how NBI achieved that and the workings of the company. As a new Deputy, I would like to understand the governance structure. I have had a look on the website and it is quite clear in terms of the project agreement how it is set out. In operational terms, what interaction does NBI have with the Minister? Is that at arm's length? The Minister is listed as a special share owner. I want to familiarise myself with the unique set-up of the organisation.
