The policy direction is very much towards State owned because we know we can get better value and we have the evidence for this in relation to State-owned properties. As Mr. Delaney said earlier, we had roughly 900 people in State-owned accommodation, I think, at the beginning of last year. We have roughly 4,000 at the moment.
