I thank the Chair, committee and clerk for inviting us to present today. I am the CEO of the Irish Bioenergy Association, IrBEA. I am joined by my colleague, Paddy Phelan, a director of IrBEA and CEO of the South East Energy Agency, and Stephen Mc Cormack, a project executive with IrBEA.
