Like Mr. O'Mahony said, it is about making sure we know when they start and that the colleges make the effort to tell us about the cohort, that is starts at this time and these are their phases, and invites us to reach out to them. There is a lack of information on our side rather than a lack of trying or wanting to reach those students.
