There is a lot of disappointment. I am sure the officials have heard this and I know there was a representative from Mr. Kenny's office at it. There is a lot of disappointment because there is overwhelming evidence about reduced speed limits. I am just looking at some of the evidence we have been given here. If a pedestrian is hit be a car going at 30 km/h, one in ten will die; at 50 km/h, five in ten; and at 60 km/h, nine in ten. That is a massive difference between 30 km/h and 60 km/h.
