Again, addiction is a problem we touch upon very marginally. There is a specialised European agency on drugs, which researches the issue in detail. Where we have something to do with it is when we speak about the inactive population, the people who are not in the labour market, and marginal poverty groups. We try to see what the problems are and what needs to be addressed for these people to get out of these particular groups. This is the lens we have.
