That is great to hear because my own sense is that we do not have consistency across the country on that. We see different policies, for example with the band A exception on social grounds and the eligibility for that. There is a bit of chicken and egg here. Because there is so little supply the bar almost has to be set all the higher for the most extreme of cases. It is about the recognition that drug-related intimidation should very much be part of being seen as an exceptional social ground when a person is looking to transfer or access to housing.
