If I may answer in full, we could not say that people would be waiting a year or two years because it was not our intention that anybody would be waiting that long. We were working through the problems as they presented and trying to get through them as quickly as we could. That is still the work that is going on. We are pretty much at the end of that process now. We were very clear about the problems with the payments at the end of 2023. When we saw the numbers we were going to pay before the end of 2030, we were very clear in communicating that to people.
