In the context of the recruitment age being increased from 35 to 50, between the ages of 35 and 50 people are generally established in life with responsibilities such as rent, mortgages, children and school fees. Does the Minister think he might be in a position to recruit more people within this specific age cohort with a higher level of allowance?
