It comes back to Travellers being housed in both standard housing and Traveller-specific accommodation, which does not necessarily need a definition. It is very clear. Traveller-specific accommodation is a halting site, a halting site bay or a group housing scheme. We have a caravan loan scheme that provides for the caravan. That is Traveller-specific accommodation in the broadest sense.
