Believe it or not, there is not actually a conflict of interest because I checked this out when I applied for my role in the Arts Council. In fact, I checked it out within the Department and within the Public Appointments Service. I was absolutely guaranteed that there was no conflict of interest because the Arts Council does not fund the National Concert Hall. It is funded directly by the Department. That is very clear. There would be a conflict of interest if there was anything else, so that would not be allowed to continue. I absolutely share the Deputy's concern about that from a governance point of view.
