Unfortunately, that did not happen. I want to move on to the governance process of the Arts Council. Ms McGrath has said she is also the chair of the National Concert Hall, which is a fantastic organisation. It occurs to me that the National Concert Hall was probably also in receipt of funds from the Arts Council. How does she deal with conflicts and is any other member of the board also in receipt of Arts Council funds? How does the board sign off on these various conflicts?
