Since I was made aware of this, we have done a significant amount of work on the detail of how this happened and what the safeguards now in place are to try to prevent it from happening again. We are considering what the details are, what the decisions are, if there are lessons to be learned in procurement and if we have imposed all the recommendations of the EY report.
