It is essential to ensure we can move people from Dublin Fingal West in north County Dublin into the city centre and further north up to Drogheda. Can the witnesses confirm to what this closure relates? Is it in preparation for DART+ Coastal North and, if not, what is its purpose? I understand the roll-out of DART+ Coastal North has been delayed again until quarter 3 of this year. Will the witnesses confirm when the northern line will be completed to ensure it is capable of facilitating the DART? Is quarter 3 an absolute for the roll-out of DART+ Coastal North?
