That is really helpful. Some of our public libraries are like Internet cafés. The computers are in more use than the books and it is probably a great environment for this. Dr. Pekkala made a good point about banking because, again I mention my mum and dad, the two-factor authentication is an awful difficulty for them. That is a practical example of educating people on those issues and using it as a chance for media literacy.

Does Dr. Pekkala have any other example of projects, both for young people and older people, that have been successful?

My final question is my understanding is that the institute has a legal duty to provide media education. Is that unique in a European context? I am sure there is research we can do here but it is my understanding the institute has a legal duty in this area and is that unique in Europe for that to exist?
