There are those who just say they cannot afford this, although I am not saying that is right, and then there are things like company cars, where people are going out and buying cheap cars for joyriding and so on. The only positive is that they are not stolen, but we are talking about cars that are not up to scratch. How many of them fall into this category? I imagine it is a considerable number.
