While my colleague tries to check the data on specifically those ten, I will explain that we go through a five-stage process in developing all those schemes. In the first three phases we evaluate options and go through the planning process and the detailed design. Only at the end of that stage can the cost of the scheme be estimated with any real accuracy. Therefore, it is not that the cost has increased, that we are paying more for the same thing.
