With such a limited opportunity to get an assessment, children have primary level to get their base, the core of reading and writing. If they do not get the assessment or the interaction that is required, for children in the third, fourth, fifth, sixth or seventh percentile going into secondary school without being diagnosed, what are their chances of even surviving secondary school?
