It is not proposed to note and publish this item of correspondence which may be relevant to our forthcoming meeting with the Department on 13 October. Is that agreed? Agreed. It was flagged by Deputy Carthy but he is not online. There is a substantial body of information included in the documents that came with this letter. It is something we need to keep a close eye on because, as members will see in the documents, although a member of National Broadband Ireland, NBI, yesterday assured me that it has made great progress in the last week-----
