It includes information on the progress at the site and the two-stage procurement process and reaffirms the Department's position on the publication of the analysis of the projected costs and timelines for completion, stating: "That scenario planning analysis includes assumptions, values and assessments which are confidential and commercially sensitive to the NPHDB and the successful completion of the project."
