Our understanding is that they are all operating under the overall Department of Public Expenditure and Reform guidelines. Within that, each Department or parent authority formulates its own policy. However, there is a programme for Government commitment to 20% remote working in the public sector and measures are being created to achieve that. There may be service provision levels that require certain jobs to be on site but that is a task for HR units to centralise and get in line with the overall public policy.
