I welcome our guests. We meet again. In previous meetings, we generally agreed. We might not necessarily agree on all aspects but I am one of the people who have concerns similar to those that have been expressed. I thank Dr. Boylan for his tremendous work in this field over many years. I recognise his knowledge in that area. Regarding permissible and legally available services, does Dr. Boylan envisage any particular service or provision that might be sought that would be undesirable? Should there be any control? I am trying to tease out Dr. Boylan's concerns and other concerns about it.
