Something which I have not mentioned and about which the committee should be aware is that, since 2006, when the Arts Council began its approach of having art form advisers, we have had a dedicated Irish-language literature adviser to the Arts Council. I want to say 2006 but it may in fact predate that. I am in this role since 2007. We have an Irish-language literature adviser who changes every three to five years and we get specific advice in this area. I hear what the Deputy is saying about conversations but we probably have robust discussions with organisations on foot of their funding decisions. We have funding agreements with organisations. The Irish-language literature adviser and I attend these meetings together and discuss how organisations are doing. On many occasions encouragement is what it is all about.
