Based on what has been raised with us, and particularly with what Mr. Brereton has talked about, we need to bring the aviation authority and the Department back in to discuss that peer support issue. I am taken by the evidence that was given today. We all accept that pilots are highly specialised and highly trained in a very pressurised job but, notwithstanding their technical capacities and their ability to learn in a particular way, they are human as well. They suffer the same issues that anyone does - politician, pilot, carpenter, plumber, doctor. Really serious concerns have been raised. For me anyway, I was not aware of the statistic they mentioned.
