One of the previous speakers mentioned having targeted delivery in vacant stock and that is critical. The existing schemes provide timely delivery and they are prompt and cost effective. They are delivering one and two-bed units in urban areas where they are critically needed so from our perspective they are ticking a lot of boxes. There is also the point of regeneration, which we should not forget.
