What message does it give? Ms Sherry mentioned antisocial behaviour. If the Irish Government, if the State is not willing to enforce the law, what message does that give the citizens? If it is okay to leave a property derelict, but it is not okay to dump on the street, then basically what we need to do is make sure the law is enforced. Then the antisocial behaviour would reduce significantly.
