Among her questions, Senator Ruane asked what are the benefits to having an intermediary intervention service between minorities and State agencies. Perhaps all of the witnesses can, I would emphasise, very briefly, share their experiences of the benefits and potential pitfalls of having an intermediary intervention service between the minorities they support and the State agencies.
