Deputies Collins and Ó Murchú have just said what I was going to say. The entire Bill is totally unfair to the fishing community. The fishermen themselves are not against a penalty points system but it must be fair. As has been said, as we go through the Bill we will be pointing out where it is totally unfair to the industry. We would ask the Minister to reconsider this legislation. I will say no more for now as we will be going through the Bill, bit by bit.
