The commissioner has spoken about finding someone who understands the industry components and can inquire as to the significance of statements by industry, pre-empting and anticipating some of the strategies and tactics that might be employed by industry to push against regulatory reform. That is absolutely essential. Beyond that, it should be somebody capable of adapting to change and forecasting some of the essential strategic changes within the country's landscape that are likely to affect planning and execution on the objectives as set out in the legislation. That is key as well.
