It has come to my turn. The commissioner is right that in Ireland we hope to take the pragmatic approach that Australia has taken without compromising freedom of speech. Will Ms Grant talk about what it has taken to resource her commission in terms of manpower? That will help us to formulate that. In terms of ensuring we do the right thing and get it right from the start, will she give us three points of advice in the wrap-up?
