I thank the commissioner, Ms Inman Grant, and Mr. Dagg for taking the time to speak to us this morning. I know their schedules are busy so I thank them very much. I will take the opportunity to ask three quick questions. Some questions have already been asked so I will try to ask different ones. During our discussions, some stakeholders have made strong suggestions regarding a self-regulation model for Internet safety. The general consensus was that self-governance is very weak. What are the dangers and potential pitfalls associated with self-regulation? In Australia, the take-down time has been reduced from 48 hours to 24 hours. Do the witnesses think that should be included in our Bill? Will they tell us about their social media tier system and how it works? What incentives are there for companies to sign up? What happens to companies that do not participate or that simply refuse to participate?
