We can speak from our own experiences. We are mitigating individual harms and helping citizens to remediate them. That cannot really happen on a process and system level. There are benefits to that approach as well. Both really need to work together. The other value of engaging with citizens on a daily basis is that we see terrible things every day, which energises us and reminds us why we are doing what we do. We are helping individual citizens. It also gives us a really good indication of what is going wrong on these platforms, what is being missed and what are the trends and the social engineering scams. Without that, it would be harder for us to ascertain or pinpoint what is going wrong on those platforms or where their processes and technologies are deficient. Does Mr. Dagg agree?
