In 2015, we were considering this and were at the end of a strenuous code review. We undertook to the Department of Health that, once our code was published, we would start looking at incorporating the high in fat, salt and sugar, HFSS, rules into the code. Within weeks of that, the Department had announced it was setting up a multi-stakeholder working group to look at rules for HFSS in non-broadcast media and it invited us to be part of that. Rather than have a parallel process, we chose to go into the Department process. We worked on that with them.
