Ms Twomey said the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland would incorporate rules on online junk food. What is the ASAI's complaints mechanism? What sanctions will it use? How many complaints would it normally get? If it is only just considering it now, why now? Why put it on the long finger? Why has it not been done prior to that?
