In the aftermath of the shut down, there is likely to be a rapid recovery for the countries that are first to lift restrictions. It is also likely - and I have read newspaper reports recently to this effect - that there may be some poaching of skilled labour by adjoining jurisdictions if they emerge from lockdown before we do. To what extent has the Central Bank factored in that issue in the context of its potential impact on our economy?
