Ms Caulfield might speak to that in more detail. I understand the vision is that independent advocacy would be important in supporting everyone who is potentially subject to protective measures. That is a very important part of the empowerment prong. The way to ensure that people are involved in decisions about their own care and the State measures are not too intrusive is that they have independent advocacy. I understand that part of the vision is looking at whether that might be regulated as part of adult safeguarding and would be offered to people in a private setting as well as in a public setting.
