Again, from our perspective there has been a long-standing commitment to engage in the area going back, as Deputy Cullinane mentioned, to work we did on law and the elderly in 2003. The commission has certainly made a number of recommendations and in this area there has been a high success rate if one waits around long enough I suppose. The report on vulnerable adults and capacity eventually made it on to the Statute Book in 2015, again after much examination by various Oireachtas committees.
