I am a little reluctant to speak on a Bill that is currently before the Oireachtas. This is the Wildlife (Amendment) Bill 2016, which is on Report Stage in the Seanad. It was before the Seanad last week and the debate is due to resume. I do not know how far I can go in talking about legislation that is currently before the Oireachtas.
