Will Mr. Lucas indicate whether the Department has considered the recent proposed Seanad amendment to the Wildlife Act to allow for the de-designation of bog habitats for sporting projects and golf courses? Is the Department aware of that and is it concerned about it? Is a contradiction in Government policy occurring?
