Lastly, I wish to discuss the ongoing work on the national children's hospital. I am very concerned by some things that have been brought to my attention by people working on the site. I refer to the management of the site and the degree of waste. Could the witnesses tell me anything about the oversight that is in place and who is carrying it out? I am quite concerned by reports of really wasteful practices. I hear of works being done, dug up and done again, which suggests very poor site management. This may well be limited to a part of the site, but we are certainly hearing about it. There is also an issue around subcontractors. It will be important to hear from them. Is there a mechanism that will allow issues of concern to be brought to the HSE's attention?
