Our aim is to achieve input reporting of very good quality so that we can see a material code at a very low level on the non-pay side. That will show us exactly what the spend across the health system is, which will make the planning of procurement much more straightforward. It will also make it easier to determine the level of non-compliance, although our plan is to be far more compliant by the time we roll the system out in any event.
