What I was trying to get at is not so much a winding-up situation because there is legislative provision for wind-up; it is in regard to a restructuring. This is in response to the many representations we have had from company pensioners that they have no input and no part in the negotiations, and they are simply communicated with to say that, as part of the restructuring, the company is going to unilaterally reduce their pension, refuse to pay them cost of living increases or whatever. They simply want an input into that, which is what I was trying to achieve.
