Where we have offices in the Gaeltacht areas, we are certainly in a position to recruit people with bilingual capabilities in those areas. The issue arises where we may have a requirement outside of the Gaeltacht areas such as we had recently in Portlaoise, where it can be more difficult to get someone with the Irish language.
