It might be worth saying because the Minister said on Tuesday at the health committee that by virtue of the Children's Health Ireland legislation which has just been passed by the Oireachtas, he has powers to reconstitute the board. He noted when he was reappointing the board that in the context of the implementation of the legislation, he reserved the right to look at the composition of the board.
